Group Classes

Women's Group Boxing
with carley

Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6pm


An all levels boxing class for women focusing on head movement, footwork, mitt work, and bag work. Class length: 60 mins


Recommended Equipment: hand wraps (optional), 14oz or heavier gloves, boxing shoes or inside fitness shoes (please no shoes that've been worn outside), barefoot or socks also okay.

Group Boxing
with Eddie

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays @ 7:30pm
Saturdays & Sundays @ 8:30am


An all levels boxing class focusing on head movement, footwork, mitt work, and bag work. Class length: 60 mins


Recommended Equipment: hand wraps (optional), 14oz or heavier gloves, boxing shoes or inside fitness shoes (please no shoes that've been worn outside), barefoot or socks also okay.

Sparring Drilling
with Eddie

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6pm


A class dedicated to drilling defensive & offensive movements with live sparring. Class length: 60 mins


Required Equipment: hand wraps (optional), 16oz or heavier gloves, headgear, foul protector (optional), boxing shoes or inside fitness shoes (please no shoes that've been worn outside), barefoot or socks also okay.


** Class participants, who are non professional fighters, must have an active USA Boxing Passbook **

Kids Boxing
with Eddie

Thursdays @ 4:30pm ages 8-12

Saturdays @ 10am ages 5-8

 

An all levels boxing class focusing on head movement, footwork, mitt work, and bag work.


Recommended Equipment: hand wraps (optional), 8oz to 12oz gloves, boxing shoes or inside fitness shoes (please no shoes that've been worn outside), barefoot or socks also okay.

Boxing Bootcamp
with Carley

Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6am

 

An all levels class combining strength, cardio, and heavy bag drills with intervals & circuit training for a full body workout. Class length: 60 mins

 

Recommended Equipment: boxing gloves, inside fitness shoes (please no shoes that've been worn outside).

Open Gym

Saturdays & Sundays 11am - 1pm

Open gym times are available for anyone who is currently enrolled in classes or private training. This is your time to workout on your own and use any boxing, cardio, or strength equipment in the gym.

 

Please do not bring guests to open gym times.

Ages 6+

A fun healthy option for kids to learn to box while improving their confidence.

Beginners

Learn and perfect your foundation from the ground up. Basics, foot work drills, mitt work, and bag work.

Advanced

Competitive amateur to professional levels. Offering fight specific technique work to full fight camps.

Wellness Options with Carley

Personal training and health coaching services to support healthy lifestyle habits
for women, teen girls, and families. Specialized focus also available for prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause and postmenopause stages of life.

Personal Training

Strength training, mobility, flexibility, and cardio conditioning centered around your fitness & wellness goals. 

Sessions are available in 30 and 60 mins durations. 
All packages include a complimentary Functional Movement Screen to assess current movement patterns. 

Health & Wellness Coaching

Offering 3 month & 6 month programs to support your health & wellness goals.
Includes: 75 min intro coaching session, bi-weekly 45 min coaching sessions, weekly email check-ins.
