We offer a supportive, nonjudgemental space for boxing and weight lifting classes for women. With ages ranging from teen girls to 60+ year old women, we are an inclusive community helping to lift each other up.
Boxing is an excellent form of exercise to build cardio health, decrease stress, increase bone density, and improve balance. While weight lifting has been shown to improve bone density, increase muscle strength & stamina, and maintain joint health. Not to mention the benefit of confidence that can come from finding the strength within your own body through boxing and weight lifting.
From teenagers, to prenatal & postnatal moms, to perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, we've got your fitness covered.

It’s easy to get started with minimal equipment – you just need a pair of 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves and a pair of indoor shoes.
